Job Description:
- Answer inbound technical support calls, disposition issues, and route to appropriate technician
- Responsible for front line e-mail appropriate technical support (under supervision)
- Two hours a day technical training with a goal of after 90 days being able to handle basic technical support issues for the Harvest line of Orchard Software Products and printer issues across all lines of Orchard Products
- First point of escalation for System Engineer critical issues
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills Required
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Analytical thinking and independent decision making skills
- Should be flexible to work in shifts
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
