Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience: 12 to 18 yrs Exposure to Teradata platform, ETL Responsible for the design and delivery of complex solutions (Teradata), in addition to: Knowledge of Teradata's solutions - Teradata RDBMS, Teradata hardware platforms, Teradata Master Data Management, Teradata CRM, Data Mart consolidation, Active Data Warehouse, Dual Active and related solution offerings. Experienced in producing high level and detailed solution designs, including multi-environment configurations including DR options Demonstrating ability to relate business problems to the underlying data and the ability of Data Warehouse technology to solve the business problems Understanding, documenting and articulating the customer's current data warehouse/data mart architecture. This includes a complete inventory of the customer's data warehouses and datamarts as well as their respective business functions Understanding mainframe and client/server computing environments Knowledge of business problems of retail/CPG customers* Full life cycle experience (requirements gathering through production deployment) in all aspects of BI/DW (ETL, data modeling, analytics and reporting) Strong problem investigation skills including performance tuning, remediation, - Exposure to Capacity Planning, performance engineering, Re-architecting, Re-platform in.
