Experience in understanding the business processes and translating it into business rules. Should be able to handle independently once the work is assigned for end to end delivery Any experience with swing/applets will be a plus. Ability to write complex regular expressions. Work experience with CSS, HTML 5 and Javascript libraries including jquery, bootstrap, backbone etc. will be an added advantage. Knowledge & experience in Oracle Database, Eclipse, Unix/Linux, Perl/python/php. Familiarity with Competitive Products & Technology. Ability to present complex information in simple yet powerful and intuitive presentation. Soft Skills: Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills. Must have good Interdepartmental communication Ability to identify and proactively solve problems for Oracle clients Must be a Team Player & Flexible Should have the ability to work with a multi-ethnic team & enable to interact with overseas team / clients.
